Intercultural Couple connection workshops
Towards compassion, connection and awareness
Culture touches many aspects of a couple's life
To what degree should the extended family be involved in the relationship? How much (public) display of affection is appropriate? Should you say things straight to the point or rather indirectly?
Should your child be raised religiously? The food from which culture are you going to eat?

The challenge is that most assumptions and values are subconscious and are often not openly discussed. This can lead to a lot of tension and misunderstandings.
Cultural Understanding for Deeper Connection
This workshop includes plenty of interactive exercises for you and your partner. Together, you’ll reflect on your values, your cultural upbringing, and how these shape your relationship.
You'll also learn key questions designed to help you better understand each other’s habits, expectations and attitudes.

As a couple, you’ll have the chance to explore what lies beneath recurring behaviours or situations that often lead to confusion or tension. For instance, if you're living in the country of origin of one partner, we’ll look at how to integrate both cultures meaningfully into your shared life.

Throughout the workshop, I’ll respond flexibly to your specific situations and concerns. This tailored approach helps you apply what you’ve learned more easily in your day-to-day life.
