Reflection guide for expecting parents: a set of reflective questions that gently guides to reflect on the upcoming birth and postpartum period. It will help you start an open conversation, better understand each other, and align your expectations.

First, take time to answer the questions separately, then share the answers with each other. You can also share parts of them at different occasions. Please ensure that you are in a calm and comfortable environment, for instance, while taking a walk.

Connection guide for couples amidst life’s daily demands: This guide offers grounding, heart-opening questions that gently invite couples to reconnect, feel seen, and explore often-overlooked topics that deepen mutual understanding.

Ask each other the questions and note down the answers of the other person. In the upcoming weeks, look back at the answers to put insights into practice, plan things together, remind yourself of nice shared moments.
