Conscious Parenting Coaching That Meets You Where You Are

Parenting is one of the most meaningful and challenging roles we step into. It invites us to grow, reflect, and heal. Through my parenting coaching, I offer a supportive space for you to explore how you want to show up as a parent, especially when things feel challenging or uncertain.

As a mum of three (including twins), I support you with empathy grounded in real-life experiences.​

Coaching Rooted in Conscious and Positive Parenting

I draw on conscious and positive parenting principles, which centre around connection, mutual respect, and self-awareness. Together, we'll work through real-life challenges, whether it’s navigating sibling conflict, setting boundaries or supporting your child through big emotions.

We can unpack emotions like frustration, (mum)guilt and overwhelm. My aim is not to tell you how to parent, but to walk alongside you as you uncover your own clarity and confidence.

Parenting Through Separation: Finding Stability After the Storm

Parenting after a separation or divorce brings its own emotional terrain. Many parents carry guilt, grief, or self-doubt—wondering if they’ve let their children down or how to move forward. These feelings are valid.

 

In our sessions, there’s room for healing, clarity, and redefining what it means to be a steady, loving presence for your child. If frequent conflict with your ex-partner impacts your ability to parent together, family mediation can also be helpful.

Co-Parenting and Blended Families: Creating Unity in a New dynamic

For those navigating co-parenting or patchwork/blended families, I offer guidance in building bridges, between households and perspectives. We’ll explore how to create consistency and emotional safety for your children in the new family structure.

Welcoming Baby No. 2: Navigating the Shift from One to Two Children

The transition from one child to two (or more) can feel both beautiful and overwhelming. You are juggling the needs of a newborn while feeling pulled toward your older child—sometimes with guilt, exhaustion, or a sense of being stretched too thin.

 

Maybe your firstborn is struggling with jealousy, regressions, or big emotions, and you’re unsure how to meet everyone’s needs, including your own.

As a mediator, I bring a calm, non-judgmental approach to conflict and communication. I help parents tune into their child’s needs while staying grounded in their own. I support you in reflecting on how your statements land with your child and exploring alternative ways of communicating.

  • choice between face-to-face appointments in Berlin and Potsdam; or online video appointments (Skype/Teams)

  • access to Non-Violent Communication workshop for all participating family members

  • 5 coaching sessions (for one or both parents/caregivers)
