T&Cs communication training

The T&Cs below outline the rules and regulations in relation to communication training. 

Description of the service:

  • Communication training will be provided at the agreed location for the amount of sessions, which have been pre-booked.

  • Sessions contain a range of application scenarios, role plays and interactive exercises.



  • The Trainer will keep any information discussed during training sessions confidential, e.g. office constellations, team dynamics etc.

  • The Trainer will adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Bundesdatenschutzgesetz in relation to processing and storing any personal data obtained during the process.


Payment terms:

  • Reconnecting-You offers bespoke prices, which will be agreed with the Client during the free initial consultation (in person or via the phone).

  • Costs are charged per session (1,5h). Package deals are available.

  • Sessions needs to be paid in advance via our secure online payment system, via bank transfer or by cash at the beginning of the training session.


Refund and cancellation policy:​

  • We do not charge a cancellation fee as long as we receive at least 5 working days’ notice in advance of a training session.

  • However, if we receive between 1-4 working days’ notice, 25% of the fee is payable. If we receive less than 1 working notice 50% of the fee is payable. Non-attendance of a session without prior notification are charged at full price. These fees are payable before the attendance of any further sessions.

  • Any room hiring fees, which are non-refundable at the time of cancellation will need to be paid in full by the Client.
